And, we’re going to swim across Lake Michigan.

Our Story…
What brought us all together? Our shared love of cycling, enjoyment of great food, sippage of good wine, epic adventuring, our shared faith commitments, and our united sense of calling to serve arising from this life-renewing faith.
We’re just a small band of guys connected with a larger community of friends who’ve been enjoying one another for quite a while. Part of this story of friendship has been the joy of raising funds for worthy causes to help people walk again or to support research to end cancer. We have a love for beating our bodies in grand events like Race Across America and Pelotonia to inspire others to give generously and joyfully.
In Fall 2020, Dan’s wife, Erica, shared a video with him of another group of guys swimming across Lake Michigan to raise money for F.L.O.W.— a non-profit committed to protecting and preserving the Great Lakes. She thought he’d think it was cool and move on… within minutes Dan was sharing the video with his buddies, and within the hour Keith, Steve, Chip, Kurt, and Bryan committed to accomplish our own swim across the Great Lake.

Team Hope In Motion
Team Hope In Motion is a volunteer medical humanitarian organization that provides the gift of mobility through life-changing joint replacement surgeries at no cost for those in need in Guatemala.
